Since its foundation in 2005, ErsaTec GmbH has been synonymous with innovative and reliable solutions for the analysis of volatile hydrocarbons. As an owner-managed company based in Barsinghausen near Hanover, ErsaTec combines in-depth technical expertise with flexibility and a customer-focused approach. Regional networks and international collaboration make the company a valued partner in industry and environmental technology.

The focus is on the proprietary SmartFID product range, which combines state-of-the-art FID technology with high user-friendliness:

All systems are characterised by robust construction, modern PLC control and intuitive touch displays. Automated functions such as ignition, preheating and fuel gas monitoring ensure safe, efficient and low-maintenance operation.

In addition to equipment development, ErsaTec offers a comprehensive range of service and support. This includes maintenance, repairs and the supply of spare parts – even for older FID systems such as Bernath Atomic, Sick Maihak or EuroFID 3010, even beyond the official end of support. The range is complemented by loan equipment, training courses, and the planning and implementation of complete measurement systems, including documentation.
