The latest addition to the SmartFID series, the SmartFID Inline is ideal for in-situ measurement. It connects directly to the process system via a flange, with the sampling tube protruding into the process chamber.
Like its sister models, the SmartFID Inline shares a sophisticated and modern PLC control system. The device can be intuitively operated via a touch display.
However, the FID technology has been significantly modified for this application. This includes an ejector pump for sample gas delivery, which reduces mechanical wear and ensures reliable gas delivery over long periods of time. The sample gas is diluted at a fixed ratio of 1:3.
