The BBP 1 sampling unit offers maximum reliability and versatility for taking gas or air samples in a wide range of applications. Designed for professional use, it has been successfully tested at a renowned German measurement institute and impresses with its robust design and advanced functionality.

A standout feature of this unit is the integrated needle valve, which allows for precise control of the flow rate. Consequently, the BBP 1 can operate within a broad flow range of 0.5 to 7.5 litres per minute. This flexibility makes the device ideal for various measuring and monitoring tasks, such as emission measurements, environmental analysis, and process monitoring in industry.

The 15 cm variable area flow meter ensures precise control. It provides an easy-to-read, clear display of the flow rate within the same range as the needle valve, ensuring reliable and reproducible sampling.

 The BBP 1 also scores highly thanks to its space-saving design. Thanks to its cleverly designed housing with 180° hinged doors, several devices can easily be stacked next to or on top of each other, making it ideal for laboratories and mobile measuring teams with limited space.

The option of time-controlled operation via an external timer provides additional flexibility. This means that sampling can be precisely adapted to the desired measurement period, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

With compact dimensions of 385 x 245 x 285 mm and a weight of just 8.5 kg, the BBP 1 is easy to transport and store. It is therefore technically sophisticated and ideally suited to mobile use.
