Heated line / kink protection
We offer heated lines in various configurations:
The standard lengths are 3, 5, 7 and 10 metres. However, we can also produce any other customised length for you.
The heated lines are available with or without an integrated sintered metal pre-filter.
We also offer external heating controllers for your heated hose as accessories.
For the SmartFID and the FID 3006, we have a kink protection in our programme that additionally fixes the heating hose to the sample gas inlet.
Filter
We offer various filters as accessories for your FID measuring device:
2-stage particle filters with external filter heating, non-methane filters and heated sample gas probes for fixed installation.
Detonation flame arresters for integration in the sample gas path are also available from us.
Probe tubes
The probe tubes are available in lengths of 500 mm and 1000 mm. They are suitable for 6 mm and 1/8’ screw connections.
Pressure reducerderer
We have an extensive range of pressure regulators and transfer adapters:
These include fixed-pressure pressure reducers with an outlet pressure of approx. 3 bar for hydrogen (DIN 477, No. 1), synth. air (DIN 477, No. 9) and test gas (DIN 477, No. 14).
Pressure reducers with variable outlet pressure are also available for the same connection types.
Gas cylinders
We supply gas cylinders in the sizes 0.5 and 1 litre for the applications hydrogen (DIN 477, No. 1), synthetic air (DIN 477, No. 9) and test gas (DIN 477, No. 14).
You are also welcome to send us your used gas cylinders for a new TÜV test.
Bottle filling
We offer the filling of gas cylinders in our company. Our range includes all relevant operating gases for your FIDs. These include hydrogen 5.0, test gas in 8, 80, 800 or 8000 ppm C3H8, synthetic air and H2/HE mixtures. You can send us your gas cylinders conveniently by post.
Transport case
FIDs are often subjected to heavy impacts and knocks during transport.
To avoid damage, the use of a professional transport case is recommended. We have transport cases in stock for the mobile SmartFIDs, the FID type 3006 and the EuroFID.
Transfer adapter
Transfer adapters with pressure gauge and exit are available for cylinder connections to DIN 477 as well as for BS1 connections.
Measuring cables
We offer measuring cables with and without status output for the SmartFID, FID type 3006 and 3005.
For the EuroFID, we also offer connecting cables between the analyser, terminal box and operating unit.
Gas cylinder cabinets
We offer suitable gas cylinder cabinets for indoor and outdoor installation for your fixed measuring system. Optionally with a pressure relief station and signalling contacts for the empty cylinder message.
Hydrogen sensors
For leak monitoring in the FID cabinet with evaluation of alarm thresholds.
